We had an amazing time at the Sunscape Resort! The beach was beautiful with soft sand and we enjoyed the spacious Sun Club area that made our stay extra special. The rooms were well kept and comfortable, but the dining options left a little to be desired in variety. Overall, it was excellent value for money, especially given the proximity to the airport and the cleanliness of the facility.

I had a wonderful time at Sunscape Puerto Plata! The warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, although there was a slight noise issue at times. The dining experience was overall enjoyable, with attentive service at breakfast, but the buffet was not my favorite. The beach and pool areas were lovely, but I did encounter some pushy sales tactics during my stay that detracted from the experience.

I recently stayed at Sunscape Puerto Plata with my family and had a wonderful experience overall. The facilities and cleanliness were impressive, and we found the food to be enjoyable, especially at the a la carte restaurants. However, the entertainment and some aspects of service could use improvement, especially the nighttime shows. Still, it's a great value for families, and I would definitely recommend it.
